You don’t need to reinvent the (pizza) wheel to impress – these all-star ingredients transform a classic Margherita into a tearable, shareable delight. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil for a glossy finish and a deeper flavour.

• 500g Buffalo mozzarella

• Large bunch of fresh basil

• 60g finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano

• 300g cherry tomatoes

• 2 medium red onions

• 2 large roasted red peppers
